Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026

UXexpert.ai (the "Service") is operated by TnTW LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

UXexpert.ai analyzes web application code and produces automated feedback, scores, and suggestions across usability, engineering, and growth dimensions, with an optional AI-powered review and backlog generation. The Service is currently a free beta.

Your content and your responsibilities

Audit results are automated suggestions

Reports, scores, findings, fixes, and user stories are generated by automated analysis, including AI models, and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice — not legal, accessibility-certification, security, or engineering advice — and passing an UXexpert audit does not certify compliance with WCAG or any law or standard. Review suggestions before acting on them; you are responsible for changes you make to your product.

Beta service, provided as-is

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time during the beta.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

The Service interacts with third parties you choose to engage: Anthropic (AI reviews), GitHub (repository fetching), Plausible (aggregate analytics), and Formspree (waitlist). Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Paid tiers

Pro and Enterprise tiers are not yet available. When they launch, they will be offered under additional terms presented at purchase. Features labeled "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" are forward-looking and may change or not ship.

Governing law and venue

The Service is operated from, and directed to users in, the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the site.
